Ownership of our site
This site is owned and operated by JewishImages (referred to as " JI," "we," and "our"). All content included on our site, such as photographs, illustrations, images, text, graphics, logos, button icons, audio clips, video clips, and software (referred to as "Content") is owned by JI or our Content providers. All Content is protected by US and international copyright laws. For the protection of JI and our Content providers, images may be watermarked digitally or otherwise. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of all content on this site is the exclusive property of JI and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. All software used on this site is the property of JI or its software suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Disclaimers
The JI site and its content are provided to you on an “AS IS” basis. We make no warranties of any kind regarding our site or our images either express or implied or the fitness of the images for a particular purpose. Furthermore we make no warranty for the quality of the downloaded image since this is dependant on the condition of its original vintage photograph or negative. JI will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including but not limited to direct, indirect punitive and consequential damages.  

We have endeavored to trace the copyright owners of all the external material. We sincerely apologize for any omission or error and upon notification, will be pleased to rectify it in the future. Although we use our reasonable best efforts to ensure the accuracy of the content on our site, we make no representations or warranties as to the accuracy, correctness, or reliability of the content.  Dates for the images are accurate where the information has been available to JI, in those cases where dating is uncertain we do not guarantee an exact date. Further, we make no representations or warranties that the functional aspects of our site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that our site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Jewish Images will not disclose your sales history to third parties for any purposes, at any time. In order to fulfill licensing transactions or provide service to you as a customer of JewishImages.com, we may require you to provide certain information to us. Common items may include, but are not limited to, your name, address, e-mail and credit card number. By providing this information to JewishImages.com you are agreeing to allow us to utilize this information to complete all transactions you request through this website and to disclose that information and details of all such transactions to JewishImages.com and any necessary payment processors.

Additional terms
You are bound by this agreement when you access our site and until you have destroyed all Content that you have downloaded or copied from our site; you are, in addition, bound by this agreement whether you downloaded or copied the Content under the terms of this agreement or otherwise. This site is created and controlled by JI in the State of Israel. As such, the laws of the State of Israel will govern these disclaimers, terms and conditions, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. The downloaded images are for one time use only and strictly for the purpose as specified in the order form and only for this specified purpose. Transfer of the images to a third party or reuse without prior permission and renewed payment is not permissible, and the images cannot be reproduced in any way, shape or form without renewing the contract.
